Mike leads the firm’s investment banking and strategic advisory services. Mike has invested in and managed lower middle-market companies for over 20 years.
Prior to investing and advising in the lower middle market, Mike was an Asset Manager for Colony Capital and also worked as a Staff Accountant for Deloitte & Touche and passed the CPA exam. Mike received an MBA in Finance and BA in Economics from the University of California – Irvine.
